Wool-Tyme’s Shipping and Handling Rates
Thank you for shopping with us! Please familiarize yourself with our Shipping policies and Handling rates below before placing your order.
Our goal is to have your order processed within 2-3 business days. If you have not received a confirmation email that your order has been shipped by this time, please check your email/junk/spam folder for an email from us as we may require more information from you before we can complete your order.
Once your order leaves our store, we are not responsible for transit delays that may occur due to weather, or customs. If you think your tracked package may be lost, please get in touch and we will do our best to help you navigate Canada Post's tracking system.
If you have chosen a shipping option without tracking, unfortunately we have no way of helping you find your missing package.
International customers (countries outside Canada/Continental USA) will continue to be emailed after placing their orders and given shipping options.
Note: Shipping charges are based on the parcel's value, not the order total at checkout. If the order changes or is split, resulting in a different parcel value, the shipping fee will reflect the parcel's value at the time of shipment.

Shipping for Orders with Sale Yarn:
If your order contains sale yarn and falls into the Free Shipping category, the maximum Shipping and Handling charge will apply to the sale yarn.
If your order includes both regular merchandise and sale yarn, and the total order exceeds the free shipping threshold, but the regular-priced items are below that threshold, the maximum Shipping and Handling charge will be added to the sale yarn.
However, if there is enough regular-priced merchandise in your order to qualify for free shipping, any sale yarns included will also be shipped for free.

SHIPPING FOR ORDERS WITH SALE YARN: The maximum Shipping and Handling charge will be added to orders of sale yarn that fall into the Free Shipping and Handling category. If the order is part regular merchandise and part sale yarns and the order is over the free shipping amount but the regular priced merchandise is below this threshold, the maximum Shipping and Handling charge will be added. If there is sufficient regular priced merchandise to qualify for free shipping, any sale yarns included in the order will also be shipped for free.
International
International shipping rates vary by destination.
You will be charged a shipping deposit at checkout and contacted by our order desk with shipping options, e.g. Surface shipping or Air Mail.
All international orders are shipped via Canada Post International Service.
Tracking and insurance may not be available for all countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes.
