Physical Gift Certificate

Please include the below information in "Order Special Instructions". This space appears once you have added a gift card to your cart and click the View my cart button:

• The First and Last Name of the recipient for our records.
• If you would like the gift certificate mailed, or picked up in store.
• If you are having the gift certificate mailed - the mailing address.
  • When requesting a gift certificate to be sent by mail, ensure that you add the $2.00 postage/handling cost to your purchase order.
