Skein Winding Service

This is a service that can be added to your cart at the time of skein purchase. 

By purchasing this service you acknowledge that once we have wound your skein into a ball, the product CANNOT be returned. All wound skeins are final sale.

Note:

1. There are two fees, one for skeins less than 300m, and one for skeins that are over 300m. Be sure to select the fee that matches the yardage on your skein.
2. The fee is per skein. You must purchase the service for EACH skein you would like wound. E.G.: For 4 Estelle Worsted skeins, you would add 4 'Up to 300 m' winding service to your cart. 
3. When straightforward, most online purchases take 1-2 days to process and ship out from our store. Choosing to have your skein(s) wound may delay your package being shipped/sent out for delivery by an additional 24 hours (also note that we are closed most evenings, and closed on Sunday).
4. Our aim is to get shipments out as quickly as possible; do not ask for this service if you are unsure of your purchase. If we have wound your skein(s) and then receive a cancellation, we cannot refund the purchase.
