Final Sale: Once a skein has been wound into a cake, it cannot be returned or exchanged, and the order cannot be canceled. All wound skeins are strictly final sale. If you are unsure about your purchase, please do not request this service.
Pricing Tiers: Fees are based on length.

Per-Skein Fee: Winding is charged per individual skein. You must add the service for each skein you want wound.
Shipping & Processing Delays: We aim to get your orders out as quickly as possible! Standard online orders typically process and ship within 1–2 business days. Choosing to have your yarn wound may add an additional 24 hours to your processing time. (Please note that we are closed on Sundays and most evenings).
