Shipping & Returns
Wool-Tyme’s Shipping Updates as of September 26, 2025
Due to the strike action from the CUPW, Canada Post has immediately halted all pick-ups and deliveries. It is our hope that this will be resolved soon. Unfortunately, for those who have shipments in progress through Canada Post, we are unable to give you any idea on when your package will be delivered.
People requesting deliveries in Canada can currently choose Purolator or UPS. If you are local, ordering online and picking up in store remains an option. We are also looking into local delivery options. At this time, we will continue to honour our $150 (of regular priced items) free shipping in Canada using the carrier option with the most appropriate rate.
For international shoppers, we are working on offering DHL. Note that all duties/tariffs will need to be prepaid.
Shipping through other postal/delivery services at this time may be delayed as these companies deal with an increased demand on their services.
We appreciate your continued support, and patience, as we navigate these shipping issues.
Order Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 2–3 business days. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within this time, please check your email, junk, or spam folders. We may be waiting for additional information from you.
Canada Post parcels are picked up daily Monday through Friday. Purolator is collected 2 times per week.
Once your order has left our store, we are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, postal delays, or customs issues. If you believe your tracked package may be lost, contact us—we’ll do our best to help you navigate your chosen postal carrier's tracking system.
If you selected an untracked shipping option, we regret that we’re unable to help locate lost packages.
Online Return Policy
Regular-Priced Yarn:
If the colour you received is not what you expected based on your monitor, you may return it immediately for a refund or an exchange. Standard Shipping & Handling charges apply to any exchanges being sent out.
You have four months from the date of purchase to return any unused regular priced yarn in resalable condition. There is no return on needles, patterns, books, notions, or sale items.
All returns must be clearly marked with “RETURN” on the outside of the parcel. Any Customs Duties charged to us due to unclear labeling will be deducted from your refund.
