Welcome! My name is Tara and I can’t leave home without my yarn. I am a wife and mama to two little ones. I was a teacher, turned stay at home mom, turned full time business owner.

I live in the beautiful Prince Edward Island – a tiny province on the east coast of Canada with my hubby, two young kiddos and our two mini dachshund.  When I am not chasing after them, I promise you’ll find me with yarn in my hands.

Once upon a time I was on summer break from University. My grandmother had given me a huge bag of her yarn and knitting books as she was no longer able to use them. I spent any free time I had that summer teaching myself to knit from her old books (before the days of YouTube tutorials!). My knitting needles haven’t left my hands since.
