Wide scarf approximately 44 x 182 cm (17½ x 72 in.) requires 6 balls.

Snood approximately 72 cm (28¼ in.) around and 50 cm (19¾ in.) deep requires 3 balls.

Hat to fit averages size woman's head requires 1 ball.
