Gift Certificate

Please include the below information in "Special Instructions for the seller" once you have added a gift card to your cart:

• Your name, billing address and phone number
• The name you would like on the A Gift For line (the To: line) e.g. Mom, Grandma, Dad
• The name(s) you would like on the Presented By line (the From: line)
• Whether you would like the gift certificate mailed or e-mailed. If you choose e-mail, we will hold the original in the store until it is picked up or used.
• If you are having the gift certificate mailed - the mailing address.
• When requesting a gift certificate to be sent by mail, ensure that you add the $2.00 postage/handling cost to your purchase order.
• The full name of the person receiving the gift certificate. This is put on our store copy in case the recipient misplaces the original.
• DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN THE NOTES
